For agents, that means listings and repeat clients coming from people who already know you. For new home sales counselors, it means agent relationships that keep sending you buyers. I coach both, one on one. Month to month, no long-term obligation.

Six things I coach on, every one of them built around the way you already work best.
Agents lose the listing before price ever comes up. Counselors lose the buyer in the first five minutes on site. We build the conversation and refine it until it feels natural coming from you.
For agents, that's past clients sending you business. For counselors, it's agents who trust you enough to bring buyers back again and again. It's how I built my business, and we'll figure out what that looks like in yours.
Goals you actually track, with someone who notices when the number slips and asks about it before the quarter is gone.
We start with how you naturally operate, then build the plan from there. Your strengths lead the strategy instead of fighting it.
Show up so consistently that agents know your community and past clients remember your name. This is where social media does real work.
Say the right thing at every stage without rewriting it from scratch. No CRM setup, no scripts that don't sound like you.
These stay the same whether you're on monthly or twice-monthly coaching.
Every session is with me. You won't be handed off to an associate coach or dropped into someone else's program.
No long-term obligation. You can leave anytime. That keeps me accountable to earning your business every single month, and it's why I keep my practice small enough to deliver on it.
When a question comes up mid-week, when you want to think something through before you send it, or when a deal takes a turn, text me or call me. The best coaching often happens between the scheduled sessions.
Here's exactly what to expect before you book anything.
We talk about your business and what you're looking for. No pressure, no pitch. If I'm not the right person to help, I'm happy to point you toward resources that can.
Your first paid session is a deep dive into your DISC profile. You'll see how you naturally operate, where your strengths and opportunities live, and what that means for how you sell and lead. We also cover how different personality types buy, so you know how to serve each client the way they actually want to be served. Most agents leave this session already changing how they run their next appointment.
From there, we build a plan around your business, your goals, and your capacity. Sessions happen on Zoom or by phone, whichever works better for you. Every one meets you where you are right now, not where a curriculum says you should be. And I'm available between sessions the whole time.
These are the areas I go deep on, built from what I've actually done in my own business.
How you're known, remembered, and referred. The engine underneath every repeat client.
Representing buyers through a builder's process, listing move-in-ready inventory for builders, and on-site sales. The nuances most resale agents don't know they don't know.
Ninety-eight percent of my business is repeat and referral. We'll look at how that engine works and what it looks like built around you.
Building the consultation, then refining it until it feels natural coming from you. This is usually where the biggest gains hide.
Not templates, not trends. The actual work of showing up on camera and in feed as someone clients already want to hire.
Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT at a practical level. I'll get you set up and using them in your daily business without the overwhelm.
Systems that keep every client interaction consistent and on-brand, so you're not rewriting the same message from scratch.
Goals you actually track, with someone who notices when the number slips and asks about it before the quarter is gone.
I keep this practice small on purpose so every session stays specific to you and your business. Founding Member pricing is what I'm offering while those first spots are open.
Both tiers are month to month, and both are limited so I can give each person real attention.

I've spent ten years as a Realtor and ten years before that in new home sales and marketing. Five of those years I was a Marketing Manager for a National Home Builder, and three years I served as VP of Marketing for a national brokerage while producing at the top of my market.
I never actually left new construction. It's consistently about 20% of my business year over year, and I've worked with more than 15 builders in my market, either representing buyers through their process or listing their move-in-ready homes for them.
I'm based in Carmel, Indiana and sell throughout the Indianapolis area. Coaching clients work with me from anywhere, on Zoom or by phone.
I've been on both sides of the closing table, hands-on the entire time. What I've learned across twenty years is that the strongest businesses are built on real relationships and genuine client care. Ninety-eight percent of my business today is repeat and referral, and I built this coaching practice for agents and new home sales counselors who want to grow the same way.
A record built in the same market you're working in, not a classroom.
Straight, transparent answers to what agents ask most. If you have a question that is not here, I would love to hop on a call and talk through what you are looking for.
Robyn Breece's one-on-one real estate coaching costs $350 per month for one 60-minute session, or $650 per month for two sessions. Both are month to month with no long-term obligation. Across the industry, one-on-one coaching typically runs from several hundred to over a thousand dollars per month.
Founding Member pricing applies while the first spots are open. Sessions happen on Zoom or by phone, and text access between sessions is included at both levels.
Real estate coaching is worth it in three situations: you are plateaued and cannot diagnose why, you are scaling and want someone who has already solved the problem in front of you, or you know exactly what to do and are not doing it consistently. That last one is accountability, and it is one of the most common reasons agents hire a coach.
Accountability is not a lesser reason to invest. Robyn Breece has hired coaches for exactly that and paid well for it. Sometimes a standing appointment with someone who asks whether you actually did the thing is the entire product, and it works.
One caution: be skeptical of any coach who promises a specific production number. Nobody can promise you that.
No. A real estate coach does not replace your managing broker. Your broker handles compliance, contracts, and the legal side of your transactions. Coaching covers the business side: consultations, client relationships, branding, and follow-through. The two roles rarely overlap.
Compliance questions should always go to your broker. Robyn will never ask you to route one to her instead.
Yes, but not paid leads. Robyn Breece coaches lead generation through branding and exposure: becoming the agent your ideal client already knows and trusts before they need one. That means the content you put out, the way you show up in your market, and the client experience that turns closings into referrals.
She does not teach purchased lead funnels or CRM pipeline setup, because she has never run her business that way. Ninety-eight percent of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and that is the system she can teach from experience rather than theory.
If a paid-lead funnel is specifically what you want built, coaches specialize in that and you will be better served with one of them.
Yes. Robyn Breece coaches new home sales counselors alongside Realtors. She spent ten years in new home sales before becoming a Realtor: five years in on-site sales and five years as a Marketing Manager for a national home builder.
She also never left new construction. It is consistently about 20% of her business year over year, and she has worked with more than 15 builders in her market, either representing buyers through their process or listing their move-in-ready homes on the builder's behalf. So this is not decade-old experience being recycled.
For counselors, the work usually centers on building agent relationships that bring repeat buyer traffic, sharpening the on-site buyer conversation, and community exposure. Having actually sat in that role is what makes the coaching realistic. You get what genuinely works on site, from someone who has done it, instead of theory adapted from resale.
Yes. Robyn Breece coaches newer agents as well as established ones. Coaching is not only for agents who are stuck or scaling.
If you are new, one thing matters more than anything else: this does not replace your managing broker. Your broker most likely has specific guidelines on marketing, purchase agreement processes, disclosures, and compliance, and those guidelines come first. Coaching works alongside that relationship, on the parts your broker is not there to build with you: your brand, your consultations, your client experience, and the habits that turn into a real business.
The first call is free and there is no pitch. You talk about your business, where you are going, and what is in the way. If Robyn is not the right person to help, she will tell you and point you toward resources that can.
If you move forward, your first paid session is a deep dive into your DISC profile, so the plan is shaped around how you actually work instead of a template.
Every plan is month to month with no long-term obligation. That is deliberate. It keeps Robyn accountable to earning your business every single month rather than counting on a signed agreement to keep you there.
We'll talk about your business and what you're looking for. No pressure. If I can't help, I'm happy to point you toward resources that can.
